SoCCS Takes the Initiative to Neuter 13 Cats Around Sotogrande International School

During the past week, SoCCS took the initiative to neuter 13 cats around Sotogrande International School. A small colony of cats, some clearly abandoned domestic cats, has formed in the vicinity of the SIS, and it was imperative to get the colony neutered.

SoCCS will continue the neutering campaign around SIS.
